When you are planning a wedding abroad, your wedding planner can make or break the entire experience. We spent a lot of time interviewing and vetting the right wedding planner for us. The second we got off of our very first call with Tracey, we both looked at each other and knew she was the only one to work with. And we couldn’t have been happier with our decision.

Tracey and her team knocked it out of the park. Our wedding was beyond anything we imagined, absolutely exceeded not only ours but all of our guests expectations. It was really all due to Tracey! She is hands-down the most professional person we’ve ever worked with. She and her team were extremely helpful with making all of our decisions, as we were both quite indecisive. All of her advice and suggestions led us to the right decisions and made our wildest dreams come true. She helped to keep us on track every step of the way, and our wedding would’ve absolutely not happened without her. She is also just an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s always positive and upbeat and optimistic, and greets every call with a smile and sense of humor. She helped to keep us calm throughout the process, and made the experience as stress-free as possible. 

She is extremely detail oriented and will be thinking of things that you as the couple would not have thought of. She is an extremely hard worker  and will work tirelessly to make this the best day of your entire life.

Simply, our wedding wouldn't have been possible without Tracey. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, to hugging goodbye the morning after our wedding day, she was nothing short of amazing.

Nothing was too much to ask and her attention to detail is impeccable. With so many changes made to our wedding due to Covid19, Tracey removed (most of!) the stress and we felt safe in the knowledge that all was in hand and we would have the wedding day of our dreams.

Planning a wedding from a different country can definitely have its challenges but with Tracey speaking Italian and being able to communicate between us and the suppliers, it meant that nothing was lost in translation - everyone was very much on the same page and we were able to create such a beautiful day. 

Although our wedding went from 130 people to just 11, Tracey made every effort to ensure that our day was still just as special and as magical as it would have been pre Covid! Tracey really connected with our vision and understood us as a couple, which made the whole process and experience so enjoyable - I miss our constant emails and Whatsapp chats! 

We can't thank Tracey enough for everything she did for us and our families during the run up and on the day of our wedding - without a doubt, the best wedding planner EVER!

Orchestrating 3 days worth of events in a small town outside of a small city in Italy for a bunch of Americans (several of whom were not particularly sophisticated travelers) is no easy feat, but Tracey and her team not only orchestrated it but it went off without a hitch.

I still receive praise for Tracey’s work to this day. Many of my guests were so impressed with her they are now friendly on social media, and many of them bring up how amazing her work was every time we speak to this day! Tracey worked tirelessly for me for over a year and spoke to me literally almost every week on Skype to go through details so that everything was perfect.

When the big weekend came, I watched my vision come to life and I honestly have never felt so relaxed and happy. I did not worry about a thing the entire weekend, and was able to soak in every beautiful minute. And getting to know someone I am now happy to call a friend through the whole process has been the cherry on top.

We really felt in the right hands with your kind and warm-hearted personality paired with professionality. You read all our wishes almost from our mind and transformed them into our dream wedding!

We would not change one single thing from our big day and most importantly not our wedding planner. You made it special for us.

Tracey was an absolute godsend when planning our wedding in Tuscany from NYC. Although I loved making all of the design decisions, it was great to have Tracey there (and Always accessible either by chat or video for months leading up to the wedding) to help bounce ideas off of and guide us logistically.

As a professional in the industry for many years, she also had a bunch of great connections and was able to get us great deals with certain vendors. She was our home base for whenever things needed to be delivered ahead of time, so there was less for us to pack in our suitcases.

She and her lovely assistant took all of our amazon goods, and hand picked purchases she made around Italy, packed them in a van, and drove 6+ hours to our destination. Could not have done any of that without her!

On the day leading up to the wedding and on the day-of, her team was an integral part in maintaining order and in dealing with last minute unforeseen logistical issues that involved the caterer, guest seating arrangements, and the weather.

Tracey is one of the kindest, most accommodating, and organized people I know. She took over in places I could not, and truly made our dream wedding come true.

Organising a wedding in a foreign country is difficult enough, having to do it over and over due to a global pandemic was truly stressful.  Tracey and her Lusso Events team were wonderful throughout.  Her positive 'can do' attitude, her familiarity and good relationship with all the suppliers and most of all her enthusiasm, made sure we never doubted our decision to hold out for a dream Tuscan wedding.  When we eventually made it to Italy we had the most amazing day - everything ran smoothly with any last minute problems or changes being dealt with quickly and efficiently so that we had nothing to worry about except enjoying ourselves - perfect!

Tracey and the Lusso Events team truly made our dream of a perfect Tuscan destination wedding come true. Although we will miss our frequent WhatsApp chats, videocalls and emails, we know that we will always be in touch!

We could write a book about how amazing Tracey was as the wedding planner for our 120 person wedding in Tuscany! We live in California, so needed someone reliable and diligent 'on the ground' in Italy who could push things along without any prompting from us (as we both have busy jobs and lives). I can confidently say she did this and so much more.

She was a consistently calm presence, even towards the end when we were both pretty frazzled (and she was dealing with 10+ vendors for three days worth of events). Tracey was patient, even as we took a long time to decide on various choices that needed to be made. But most importantly of all, she completely understood our vision from the beginning, delivered on everything she promised, and totally exceeded our expectations when the weekend finally rolled around.

We could go on and on about our appreciation for Tracey and her team. But in short she was organized, presented multiple different options, was cost conscious when we needed her to be, helped us make decisions without getting frustrated, handled the vast majority of vendor planning and coordination, and then on the weekend delivered a totally seamless experience. We could not recommend Tracey more highly. Not only is she an incredible wedding planner, but she is also a lovely human being that we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know (probably way too well if you asked her) throughout the wedding planning process!

Working with Tracey and her team at Lusso Events has been a complete blessing for us. We initially wanted to have someone to help us to co-ordinate on the day of our wedding only, but after a brief conversation with Tracey, it was clear that her kind and warm nature, alongside her knowledge and connections with wedding suppliers was going to be invaluable to us so we decided on the full planning service option. Throughout the whole 18-month period that we were working with Tracey, she stayed in regular contact with us and answered any questions that we might have extremely promptly (usually within minutes or hours). We had quite a large wedding party of 125 people travelling from the UK, US and around Europe, and had lots of unique ideas, all of which Tracey and her team made happen. Everything was possible, and nothing was out of the scope of what Tracey could help us to do. We ended up with a wedding weekend that was even better than we could have imagined - truly a wedding beyond our wildest dreams, and so many of our guests have told us about how wonderful Tracey and her team were to them across the weekend. We would honestly recommend Lusso Events to absolutely anyone and everyone - their services are absolutely worth every single penny.

Organising a wedding in Venice was a daunting task for us, whilst we loved the beautiful city and knew where we wanted to have our wedding we didn't know where to begin with organising it. We originally arranged several calls with wedding planners in the region with Tracey being the first call we took. After an initial conversation with Tracey we immediately cancelled the rest of the calls and went ahead with Tracey & Lusso Events. 

Tracey made the planning process seamless, to the point that we often found ourselves asking each other where the famous wedding planning stress everyone always talks about was! Every part of the process had such a personal touch, with honesty, patience and transparency throughout and suggestions that hadn't even entered our minds which made such a difference on the day.

18 months of planning flew by without any complications, with the guidance and organisation of Lusso Events we had all of our vendors in place a year in advance and even some last-minute ideas / additions to the vendor list were handled without issue. 

As we arrived in Venice for our special day, we already held the Lusso Events team in extremely high regard and thought we understood the value they brought to the wedding planning process, but we were very wrong. All of the amazing work they had done behind the scenes for the previous 18 months was just the tip of the iceberg. Their impact on the day was far beyond anything we could have imagined, they made sure everything was so seamless and beautiful. They went above and beyond to make our day as special as it could be.
